No emotion is neither good nor bad, it is only natural resources with an intrinsic purpose of survival.
The problem occurs when installed in our brain and fail to fulfill their original purpose. In this case, both those we consider "good" as the "bad" move to a grade 2 and when they stop being a tool super efficient and start producing "Imbalance", which is the big problem we are trying to address from this page.

Because the only freedom we can get, which are fully owned, is based on our thinking.
